James was born on January 24, 1938 and passed away on Tuesday, September 12, 2017.

James was a resident of Oshkosh, Wisconsin at the time of passing.

He served in the Army National Guard from 1959 to 1964, having attained the rank of Staff Sgt.

Per Jim's request a private Memorial Mass will be celebrated.
