Richard was born on October 21, 1940 and passed away on Monday, November 5, 2018.

Richard was a resident of Delafield, Wisconsin at the time of passing.

A visitation for family and friends will be held at Pagenkopf Funeral Home on Friday, November 9, 2018 from 3:00pm until 5:00pm, with military honors to follow.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are appreciated to your local American Legion or VFW post or to a charity of your choice.
